The fixed assets investment by private enterprises in WND reached 6.107 billion RMB, up by 55.04% year on year, and higher than the city average by 41.5%, completed 70.3% of the yearly target, and higher than the city average by 19%, thus ranking the first again the Wuxi City. The privately-run enterprises achieved good development in difficult situation in the first half year, and their transition process is also accelerated.
